Project Description: Arlington Highlands East is a 19 acre mixed use development planned around junior anchor retailers and a “Lifestyle Center” approach for small retailers. This approach to retail is centered on pedestrian activity and integrated outdoor spaces for relaxation and aesthetics, while using the center. The focal point of the development is a central park feature which continues the “pedestrian friendly” atmosphere of the existing Arlington Highlands development. Features of the park include fountains, benches, pedestrian scaled lighting, and a knot garden.
