Project Description: The Tarrant County Sub-Courthouse is located in the heart of the City of Arlington’s Downtown/University District. The overall design incorporated LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) principles. MMA’s engineering and landscape architecture departments provided unique ideas and alternatives to achieve the LEED certification, most notably the use of a sub-surface irrigation system (KISSS).
