Project Description: MMA worked with the Arlington Parks Department to develop a master plan for Jake Langston Park—trails, picnic areas, bridge access over Kee Branch and a play area with parking. MMA then went to work on phase one, focusing its efforts on construction documents for the play area and associated parking. Special attention to the grading and drainage of phase one was paramount as the play space was situated against a large hill on the site.
